Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Processing time
• Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the next working day.
• Orders that can't be processed because your payment information is inaccurate or incomplete may be delayed for an additional 2 business days.
• Orders for customized products may require additional 5-10 working days .
Transportation time
• Please note that the following time range does not consider possible delays due to high production pressure or weather factors (if any). Check the shipping details, please refer to the table below.

Notice:
- Most of the international orders can be delivered in 6-10 days, include the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, etc.

Track order
• After receiving your order details, we will send you a confirmation email. We will start processing your order as soon as possible.
• After the goods are shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Multiple items ordered under one order may not always be shipped together. If the order is shipped multiple times, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
• International standard transportation is only applicable to the following countries: UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan. If you ship to your country/region, please contact us for questions.

Tariffs & import duties
Sometimes, international shipments may not be able to avoid additional duties or import duties. These fees will not be collected or calculated by Yooelf®. It is collected after your package arrives in the destination country/region, and the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, consumption taxes and other government fees related to their products. this Class customs fees (if applicable) are usually paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery.

• Order processing and verification takes 1-2 working days, and domestic delivery takes 2-5 working days.
• All domestic and international packages need to be signed for confirmation.
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. All the goods have been insured, and the buyer shall bear all liability for claims against the carrier.
• After the order is processed, we cannot change or intercept the package to change the delivery. We will only ship to the address provided during checkout. So please fill in the correct recipient information and recipient address.
